Changsha Auto Standard Mold Co., Ltd. (ASD Fixture) is a China-based automotive tooling manufacturer specializing in automotive checking fixtures, inspection fixtures, welding fixtures, welding jigs, custom automotive tooling and non-standard automation solutions. ASD serves automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, providing tooling design, CNC machining, fixture assembly, dimensional inspection, CMM inspection, debugging and turnkey project support.

ASD established its headquarters in Guangzhou City in 2006 and set up the Changsha ASD in 2014 which covers 5,000 square meters, with over 80 employees, including 20 senior design engineers, and more than 30 sets of CNC machining and mechanical processing equipments.

ASD has supplied tooling and fixture solutions directly or indirectly to customers and projects associated with internationally recognized automotive manufacturers, including:GEELY, NISSAN, GM, HONDA, GWM, FAW, GAC, BYD, TESLA, XIAOMI, MITSUBISHI, VOLKSWAGEN, VINFAST and PROTON, among others.

This experience has helped ASD develop a strong understanding of the requirements of automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and international manufacturing projects.We understand that automotive tooling is not simply about manufacturing a fixture. It requires coordination between product design, manufacturing processes, dimensional requirements, inspection standards, production efficiency and project delivery.

ASD HISTORY

2020 to present

Changsha ASD has vigorously expanded its overseas business, with products sold to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Germany, Argentina, Brazil and other countries.

August 2020

Changsha ASD has obtained multiple utility model patents and has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise.

2019

Changsha ASD has become a designated fixture and jig supplier within GEELY's supplier network.

August 2018

ASD obtained a number of utility model patents, successfully rated as a high-tech enterprise, and launched overseas business expansion.

June 2015

Changsha ASD Obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

July 2014

Changsha ASD Co., Ltd. was established in Xingsha, Changsha. Relying on the rapid development of Changsha's automotive engineering machinery industry, ASD moved forward steadily and began to enter the overseas market.

May 2012

After five years of dedicated effort, ASD has successfully become the designated fixture supplier for the renowned automotive brands NISSAN, HONDA, VW, GM, and MITSUBISHI. Rapidly growing and expanding, ASD has established itself as a leading professional manufacturer of automotive fixtures and tooling jigs.

November 2007

ASD has relocated to Guangzhou's Huadu District and is now expanding into the inspection tooling market, offering customers custom-designed and manufactured inspection tools as well as specialized jigs and fixtures.

May 2006

ASD was established in Dongguan, primarily specializing in CNC-machined parts and precision molds.
