Product Details

After the inspection is complete, determine whether the lifter is合格 (qualified) based on the gauge's "go/no-go" criteria and "dimensional tolerance ranges" (e.g., positional tolerance for mounting holes ±0.5mm, straightness tolerance for guide rails ≤0.3mm/1000mm).

1. Core Component Dimensional Accuracy Inspection
Rail dimensions: Inspect the rail's length, straightness, and cross-sectional dimensions (such as width and thickness) to ensure the rail provides a stable movement path for the glass slider, preventing glass lifting or lowering from getting stuck due to rail deformation.
Installation hole precision: Verify the positional accuracy of the mounting holes connecting the lifter to the door sheet metal, as well as the alignment and diameter of the holes where the motor connects to the lifter housing. This ensures the lifter is securely and precisely mounted inside the door, preventing any misalignment after the motor is installed.

2. Fitment Compatibility Testing with Door/Glass Assemblies
Door compatibility: The inspection tool replicates the sheet metal structure of the door’s internal lifter installation area, including features like positioning bosses and clip slots. After placing the lifter into the inspection tool, verify whether it fits perfectly against the designated surface—ensuring there are no gaps, and that no forceful pressure is required for proper alignment.
Glass Compatibility: The inspection tool will include a glass simulation block (with dimensions identical to the actual car door glass). This block will be connected to the lifter’s slider or glass support plate to ensure the connection is secure and that the simulation block moves smoothly along the guide rails. Additionally, the tool will verify whether the lifting stroke of the glass simulation block meets the design specifications.

3. Criteria for Post-Detection Assessment
Qualified parts: All dimensions fall within tolerance limits, assembly fits perfectly without issues, critical functional dimensions meet specifications, and the parts are ready to proceed to the next vehicle-assembly step.

Non-conforming parts: If any dimension exceeds tolerance (e.g., an installation hole is offset by 1 mm) or if assembly fit is inadequate (e.g., the glass simulation block cannot move smoothly), the issue must be flagged, and the part returned to the production stage for rework. This prevents non-conforming products from being installed in vehicles, which could lead to after-sales failures such as malfunctioning window operation, unusual noises, or water leaks.
